Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and calculate overtime, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for accounting and HR teams
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records and documentation
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, AZ state labor laws, and IRS guidelines
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
