Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile time records, deductions, and tax withholdings
- Generate payroll reports for internal audits and client deliverables
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and year-end W-2 processing
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on compensation matters
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, FLSA)
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and clients within 24 hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or comparable payroll software
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Deep understanding of FLSA, FICA, and state tax regulations
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
