Core Responsibilities:
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for all employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain and update payroll records, tax filings (W-2s, 1099s), and compliance documentation.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist with month-end close processes related to payroll reporting.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
- Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state labor laws.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience with data management.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
