Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans including investment strategies, retirement planning, and tax optimization
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients through regular portfolio reviews and strategic consultations
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging investment opportunities and risks
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across wealth management, insurance, and estate planning
- Stay current on financial regulations, industry trends, and compliance requirements
- Meet quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets through strategic networking and referrals
- Utilize CRM systems to document client interactions and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Active Series 7 and Series 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Minimum 3 years of financial planning or client-facing investment experience
- Proven track record in client relationship management and sales achievement
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro, eMoney)
- Must be authorized to work in the US and maintain clean FINRA/BrokerCheck record
