Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans for high-net-worth clients
- Build and maintain client relationships through proactive portfolio management
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for wealth management products
- Stay current on market trends and regulatory changes (FINRA, SEC)
- Leverage CRM system to track client interactions and pipeline
- Collaborate with investment committee for portfolio optimization
- Present quarterly performance reviews and strategic adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Series 7 & 66/65 licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- 3+ years financial services experience with proven sales track record
- CFA or CFP designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in portfolio construction
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., MoneyGuidePro)
- Valid NJ Securities license
