Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Manage and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely collections.
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks and Xero software.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or Bookkeeping.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Xero is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly and concisely.
