Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable processing during the night shift.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and variance analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Perform internal audits and reconcile discrepancies in financial records.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) to maintain ledgers.
- Communicate financial findings to the management team via written reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems or accounting software is highly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
