- Prepare financial statements and variance analyses for weekend operations
- Manage weekend accounts receivable/payable cycles and collections
- Assist with internal audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team via secure handoff protocols
- Implement weekend-specific financial controls and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting ERP systems
- CPA or CPA candidacy strongly preferred
- Experience with multi-location weekend accounting operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
