Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions nightly
- Generate financial reports and variance analyses
- Monitor bank accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with audits and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
- Collaborate with day-team for cross-functional alignment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2+ years of night shift accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
