Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring all invoices are coded and approved correctly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
- Monitor and manage cash flow projections for the night shift operations.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
- Associateās degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; Bachelorās degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or finance environment.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the night shift.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
