Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a nightly basis.
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports for management review.
- Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Review and approve employee expense reports and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work the night shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
