Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports within 24-hour turnaround
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Execute ACH/wire payments and maintain payment documentation
- Collaborate with procurement teams on purchase order matching
- Generate AP aging reports and support month-end closing
- Automate invoice workflows using QuickBooks/NetSuite
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience with high-volume processing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- ISO 9001:2015 compliance knowledge preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Same-day payment processing certification a plus
