Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations monthly
- Prepare financial statements and management reports with attention to detail
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings for 15+ clients
- Assist with month-end closing and audit preparations
- Implement financial controls to ensure compliance with GAAP
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Familiarity with sales tax regulations and payroll processing
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
