Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll functions
- Generate financial reports (P&L, balance sheets) for client review
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction recording and data management
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and year-end audits

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping expertise
