- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with CPAs for tax planning
- Implement financial controls to prevent errors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Knowledge of GAAP and payroll regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy
