- Process end-of-day financial transactions and reconcile accounts with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements during overnight shifts
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for 24/7 business operations
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with international teams on time-sensitive financial reporting
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls for night shift operations
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel with macros
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial compliance standards
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Experience with multi-currency transaction processing
