- Implement QuickBooks software for client bookkeeping needs
- Conduct financial audits and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with CPAs for quarterly reporting
- Provide financial analysis and budget forecasting support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Ability to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent attention to detail with 10-key calculator speed
- Professional communication skills for client interactions
