Responsibilities
- Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations for international accounts
- Process and verify high-volume transactions during off-market hours
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Coordinate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Support audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of general ledger experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
