Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in all financial data processing.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions for the evening shift.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow projections.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a quiet environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Must be available to work a regular night shift schedule.
