Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations for general ledger accounts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Conduct audits of financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
