Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Generate financial statements and management reports
- Manage payroll processing and tax filings
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily transaction recording
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Implement financial controls and documentation systems
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation strongly preferred
- Proven track record of error-free financial reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Oklahoma business tax filing experience
