Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and VAT returns
- Assist with year-end audits and tax documentation
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero software
- AAT Level 3 or equivalent qualification
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- UK GAAP and HMRC compliance knowledge
- Exceptional attention to detail
