Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with account inquiries, cashing checks, and explaining banking products.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and reconcile terminals at the end of each shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our financial products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Adhere strictly to bank security policies and regulatory compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or banking is preferred but not mandatory.
