Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with precision.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting.
- Process payroll for a small team of 10-15 employees.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documentation and reports.
- Assist the Senior Accountant with general ledger maintenance.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Excel (Advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
