Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile monthly general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict adherence to deadlines
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special financial projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Effective communication abilities for cross-team collaboration
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Part-time accounting experience in Georgia preferred
