Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Conduct variance analysis and financial reporting for clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
