Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable cycle including invoice processing, verification, and payment scheduling
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze payment trends and optimize cash flow strategies
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and tax documentation
- Lead month-end closing activities for AP sub-ledger
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in mid-size or large organizations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of GAAP and financial controls
- Proven ability to manage high-volume payment processing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
