- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account balances
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
