Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles for 15-20 clients
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reconciliations
- Process payroll and tax filings (quarterly)
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Maintain QuickBooks databases with zero-error tolerance
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Generate variance analysis reports for management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- CA CPA license preferred
- Experience with multi-entity accounting
- Proficient in tax preparation software
- Exceptional attention to detail
