Responsibilities
- Manage the complete end-to-end Accounts Payable cycle, including high-volume invoice processing, verification, and accurate coding.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly to maintain healthy vendor relationships.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports, including aging reports and cash disbursement schedules.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP accounting standards.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to streamline workflows and implement process improvements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-volume setting.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
