- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct bank reconciliations and financial variance reporting
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks accounting systems
- Provide financial consulting to support client growth initiatives
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
