- Manage accounts payable/receivable processes with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts monthly
- Assist with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel (Advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
