Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly
- Prepare month-end financial reports and variance analyses
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees
- Assist with sales tax filings and quarterly remittances
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support annual audit preparation and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Ohio tax regulations
- Experience with ERP systems (Sage 100 a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
