Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 50+ employees using ADP system
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and annual audits
- Maintain detailed Excel-based financial models and variance analysis
- Support month-end closing processes with journal entries
- Collaborate with CFO on budget forecasting and cost optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel (VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Strong understanding of Colorado tax regulations
- Experience with multi-entity accounting systems
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
