- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Process payroll for 50+ employees bi-weekly
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and compliance
- Maintain digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Collaborate with auditors during annual reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- QuickBooks Online certification required
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of CA sales tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with nonprofit accounting preferred
