Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for diverse clients
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for efficient record-keeping
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy standards
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- CPA certification or pursuing CPA designation a plus
