- Manage and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable with 99% accuracy
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets and income statements
- Process payroll and tax filings for small business clients
- Conduct comprehensive account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Maintain organized digital financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Provide proactive financial insights to client stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public practice
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
