Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows)
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions monthly
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights to improve business decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
