Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank and credit card reconciliations on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and profit & loss reports.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) to maintain accurate client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing inquiries and account status.
- Support the payroll process and ensure the accuracy of tax documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; accounting coursework is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (training provided).
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM and maintain high data integrity.
- Must be willing to complete the paid training program with dedication.
