Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and tax documents for quarterly and annual reviews.
- Process payroll functions and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their financial status and account inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level preferred).
- Willingness to learn and participate in our comprehensive paid training program.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
