Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, during the night shift.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, reports, and variance analysis for leadership review.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain strict compliance with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and audit findings.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) to automate and streamline workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or financial analysis.
- Proven experience working in a night shift or remote accounting environment.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.
