Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processing for high-volume transactions
- Conduct bank reconciliations and variance analysis for corporate accounts
- Prepare and submit tax documentation and regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure data continuity and process integrity
- Maintain internal controls and audit documentation
- Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Utilize ERP systems for real-time financial monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
- Proven night shift or remote finance work history
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
