Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Process payroll for multiple entities with high accuracy.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts.
- Maintain and organize financial records and ledgers for audit readiness.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial statement preparation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online/ProDesktop preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines during night shifts.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
