Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive accounts payable and accounts receivable processing during the night shift.
- Execute accurate bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Process payroll for a diverse workforce with strict deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor accounts to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for all financial documents.
- Collaborate with the day team to resolve any discrepancies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
