- Process payroll and manage tax filings for multi-state operations
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and financial reporting
- Oversee month-end closing procedures and variance analysis
- Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data integrity
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Manage vendor relationships and payment processing workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven ability to meet deadlines in high-pressure environments
- Excellent attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international accounts
- Professional certification (e.g., CB) highly valued
