Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll coordination
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Lead audit preparation and documentation
- Optimize accounting workflows using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and compliance expertise
- Proven ability to manage month-end closes independently
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Remote work experience and self-motivation
- Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors
