Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and reconciliation processes
- Lead month-end closing procedures with accurate journal entries
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and tax requirements
- Mentor junior accountants using QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
