Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and account reconciliations
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Support audits by preparing documentation and reports
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for invoice processing and data entry
- Collaborate with purchasing and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data sorting)
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous internship or entry-level finance experience preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems a plus
