Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with adherence to GAAP standards
- Lead accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile bank accounts
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Develop financial models and variance analysis for executive decision-making
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate environment
