Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews.
- Maintain the general ledger and prepare monthly financial statements.
- Process payroll for night shift staff and manage tax filings.
- Reconcile vendor invoices and ensure accurate expense coding.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Xero.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Must be available to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
